Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide a metal-air battery capable, in particular, of appropriately evacuating to the exterior a generated gas, and rapidly supplying water. This metal-air battery is characterized by comprising a unit main body (2) having a plurality of metal-air battery cells, a water supply space (16) provided on the top surface of the unit main body and shared among the metal-air battery cells, and wiring ports (27a) communicating with the water supply space, each for drawing out wiring connected to an electrode of the corresponding metal-air battery cell. Cylindrical portions (27), each comprising the corresponding wiring port (27a), protrude from the top surface of the unit main body.
