Abstract:
Provided are a hot-rolling line capable of performing a quality assurance of
a product supply to a demander, an overall photographing method of a hot-rolled
metal band, an overall width photographing result recording method, a method
for a proper quality assurance, and a hot-rolled metal band manufacturing method
using the assurance method. These methods are characterized in that they can
detect even a portion, which has a locally low temperature, as called the black
spot, without fail. The photography is done by disposing a near infrared camera
(25A) capable of photographing the overall width of a hot-rolled metal band (8),
on the coiler (24) entrance side of a hot-rolling line (100). The quality of the
hot-rolled metal band (8) is decided by using the result of the photography of
the overall width or additionally the whole length of the hot-rolled metal band
(8).
