Abstract:
The present application provides a metal composite film, an outer packaging material for a lithium-ion battery device, and a lithium-ion battery. The metal composite film comprises a metal layer and a first adhesive layer disposed on the metal layer; the first adhesive layer comprises a main agent and a curing agent, the main agent comprises an acid-modified polyolefin resin, and the curing agent comprises an epoxy resin. The ratio of the characteristic infrared light absorption peak height P1 of an epoxy group to the characteristic infrared light absorption peak height P2 of a methyl group in the curing agent is less than 0.1. The first adhesive layer in the metal composite film reacts sufficiently, and the stability of a lithium ion battery can be improved when said metal composite film is used as the outer packaging material of the lithium ion battery.
