Abstract:

An apparatus comprising a water tank, high−voltage discharge generator provided with a titanium−group metal electrode and a counter electrode, a water supply port, a produced liquid outlet port, and a titanium−group metal electrode supply device, so as to produce ultrafine dispersion water of a titanium−group metal containing a titanium−group metal ion vapor in an ultrafine dispersion state by causing a plasma discharge between a titanium−group metal electrode and a counter electrode under water. The produced ultrafine dispersion water of a titanium−group metal is usable for health, medical, cosmetic things.
