Abstract:
Provided is a touch screen on the basis of a metal grid (12). The touch screen comprises a first sensing layer (3) for sensing a position of a touch point in an X-axis direction, a second sensing layer (5) for sensing a touch point in a Y-axis direction, and an insulating layer (4) disposed between the first sensing layer and the second sensing layer. At least one sensing layer of the first sensing layer (3) and the second sensing layer (5) is a metal grid layer. The metal grid layer comprises a transparent substrate (11) and a metal grid (12) formed on the transparent substrate (11). By using the touch screen, the performance of touch screen products can be effectively guaranteed, so that the performance and quality of large-size touch screen are more stable. In addition, printing device and lithography device are used together to obtain the metal grid layer, and the transparent substrate (11) is cleaned before the printing device is used, so that problems of open circuit, short circuit or Moire interference and others are effectively avoided in the manufactured metal grid layer, and yield and performance of the metal grid layer are improved.
