Abstract:
This metal material corrosion amount mapping method creates a corrosion amount prediction map using corrosion amount data, which includes periods of use of a metal material, a plurality of environment parameters, position coordinates for the environment parameters on a map, topographical data for the map, and corrosion amounts of the metal material. Said metal material corrosion amount mapping method includes: an environment map creation step for creating an environment map at a desired mesh interval on the basis of the plurality of environment parameters, the topographical data for the map and the position coordinates for the environment parameters; a prediction request point input step; a degree-of-similarity calculation step; a corrosion amount prediction step; and a corrosion amount prediction map creation step for creating a corrosion amount prediction map by adding colour to a corrosion amount prediction result for a prediction request point of a mesh on the map.
