Abstract:

A metal material welding-rolling integrated composite forming method and apparatus. The welding-rolling integrated method has the short-process, high-efficiency and high-performance integrated features. In the welding process, a low heat input wire-filling welding method is adopted to cooperate an optimized welding process, a weld reinforcement region of a welding joint is rolled using a rolling apparatus, and each region organization and performance of the welding joint is accurately regulated using a plastic flow and the deformation strengthening effect thereof produced by the weld reinforcement of the welding joint in the rolling process. The integrated composite forming apparatus adjusts the distance between a welding mechanism, a rolling mechanism and a metal plate to be welded and rolled by means of cooperation of the mechanisms to synchronously roll the weld reinforcement of the welding joint. The present invention can solve the softening problem of the welding joint, is also suitable for eliminating the welding defects such as macro/micro pores and cracks in the welding joint, and the comprehensive mechanical performance of the metal material welding joint is substantially improved, greatly improving the service performance and service life of existing key welding parts.
