Abstract:
A metal member welded structure provided with a Cu member, an Al member, and a welded part in which a constituent material of the Cu member and a constituent material of the Al member are melted and solidified, wherein the Cu member has a Cu base material containing Cu as the main component, the Al member has an Al base material containing Al as the main component and a plating layer which covers the Cu member-facing surface side of the Al base material, the welded part is provided with an islands-in-sea structure in the vicinity of the surface of the Cu member, the islands-in-sea structure has multiple island parts each containing pure Al and a sea part located between the island parts, and the sea part has a eutectic structure of a phase made from a Cu-Al intermetallic compound and a phase made from pure Al.
