Abstract:
Disclosed is a metal mold preheating flame gun device, a combustion pipe (5) of same being of an annular structure, wherein one end of the combustion pipe is connected to a fuel mixing connecting pipe (8), the other end of the combustion pipe is connected to a supporting frame (7), end parts of the fuel mixing connecting pipe are separately connected to a natural gas pipe joint (1) and a low-pressure air pipe joint (2), and a plurality of combustion holes (6) are provided in the annular combustion pipe. A natural gas regulating valve (3) is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and located at a side edge of the natural gas pipe joint, and a low-pressure air regulating valve (4) is arranged on the fuel mixing connecting pipe and located at a side edge of the low-pressure air pipe joint. The hole positions of the combustion holes are distributed in a staggered manner. Based on the present invention, natural gas and low-pressure air can be mixed and introduced into the combustion pipe to be fully combusted, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of fuel gas. The hole positions of the combustion holes are distributed in a staggered manner, such that, by means of a multi-point and multi-direction flaming manner, a metal mold can be more uniform in a heating process, and the service life of the metal mold is prolonged. The metal mold preheating flame gun device is simple in terms of structure and can be widely applied, thereby fully improving the energy utilization rate, and greatly improving the production efficiency.
