Abstract:
A metal-nucleic acid nanoparticle is a nanoparticle having a spherical structure formed by combining a metal ion and a nucleic acid by means of coordination. The preparation method comprises adding a metal ion solution to a nucleic acid solution, vortexing the mixture, and heating, centrifuging, washing and resuspending the mixture, so as to obtain the metal-nucleic acid nanoparticle. The nanoparticle can be used for preparing a drug delivery system and a biological detection reagent.
