Abstract:
Provided is a metal-organic structure that has a volume-average particle diameter of 1.0-30.0 μm inclusive and a median diameter ratio of D10 to D90 [D10/D90] of 0.35-1.00 inclusive. This metal-organic structure is appropriately manufactured by a method that includes a centrifugal shearing step for applying a centrifugal force and a shear force simultaneously to a mixture containing a metal ion donor, a multidentate ligand and a solvent, wherein: the mixture having been subjected to the centrifugal shearing step is recovered and subjected again to the centrifugal shearing step; or the median diameter D50 of the multidentate ligand is adjusted to 0.1-50.0 μm inclusive.
