Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to appropriately reduce agglomeration of a metal oxide powder. The metal oxide powder (M) chemical treatment method comprises a heating step (S10) of loading a metal oxide powder (M) into the interior of a preheated stirring container (110) and heating the metal oxide powder (M) while stirring with stirring blades (140) and a mixing step (S20) of adding a chemical to the metal oxide powder (M) and mixing while stirring with the stirring blades (140), the rotational speed of the stirring blades (140) in the mixing step (S20) being lower than that in the heating step (S10).
