Abstract:
Provided is a metal pipe connection structure having a composite snap ring, comprising: a snap-ring pipe member (1), the inner peripheral surface of the socket end of which is at least provided with a sealing groove (2) and a snap-ring groove (3), the snap-ring groove (3) being located on the outer side of the sealing groove (2) in the axial direction; a sealing ring (4), arranged in the sealing groove (2); and a composite snap ring (6), comprising a ring-shaped metal snap-ring piece (601) having a notch, and at least one annular ring; the annular ring and the metal snap ring (601) are arranged coaxially and integrated as one piece, and arranged in the snap-ring groove (3); when a metal pipe (7) is fully inserted into the socket of the snap-ring pipe member (1), a crimping tool is used to compress the sealing groove (2) and the snap-ring groove (3) of the snap-ring pipe member (1) and cause same to deform, thereby causing the metal pipe to deform accordingly by means of the tightening deformation of the composite snap ring; hence, a sealing connection between the metal pipe snap-ring pipe members is achieved by means of the sealing ring and the composite snap ring. The described structure prevents damage caused by fluid infiltrating the location of damage of the inserted metal pipe, and improves efficiency and accuracy in assembly.
