Abstract:
The purpose of this disclosure is to provide a metal plate resistor capable of decreasing a resistance value and a TCR. A metal plate resistor according to this disclosure is provided with: a resistor formed of a metal plate having an upper surface and a lower surface that are separated from each other in the thickness direction; a pair of electrodes that are formed of a metal having a lower electrical resistivity and a higher TCR than this resistor and that are formed at both end portions on the lower surface of the resistor; and an internal electrode formed on the upper surface of the resistor, wherein the internal electrode is formed of a metal having a lower electrical resistivity than the resistor.
