Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of catalytic cracking, and provides a metal pollution-resistant catalyst, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The catalyst is composed of a first alumina and a second alumina comprising a modified metal Mn, and a ratio of the integral areas of two peaks at 3670 cm-1 and 3730 cm-1 in an infrared spectrum of the catalyst is 1-5:1. The preparation method for the catalyst comprises a step of forming a slurry of an acid-soluble first alumina, a non-acid-soluble second alumina, water, an optional acid, and a modified metal oxide. The metal pollution-resistant catalyst and a reasonably formed catalytic cracking catalyst containing a cracking active component can be used for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil containing a polluting metal. In the case of nickel pollution, the catalytic cracking of the hydrocarbon oil can reduce a ratio of hydrogen to methane.
