Abstract:
A metal processing cutting fluid and a preparation method therefor. The metal processing cutting fluid comprises the following components: alcohol amine, an antirust agent, base oil, synthetic ester, amide, an emulsifier, a corrosion inhibitor, a metal corrosion inhibitor, and water. The alcohol amine is obtained by compounding triethanolamine with special amine, and the special amine is diglycolamine or 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The antirust agent is obtained by compounding a film-forming agent with a ternary acid or a dibasic acid. The metal processing cutting fluid has good cleaning performance, lubricity, rust resistance and hard water resistance, and has the characteristic of environmental protection.
