Abstract:
The present application provides a metal product shaping method, comprising: acquiring position data information of a workpiece; converting the position data information into coordinate information, and fitting the coordinate information to obtain a surface contour curve of the workpiece; comparing the surface contour curve with a standard contour curve to generate a comparison result; obtaining shaping information of the workpiece according to the comparison result; and controlling a shaping system to shape the workpiece. In the present application, position data information of a workpiece is acquired by means of measurement, the position data information is converted into coordinate information, the coordinate information is fitted to obtain a surface contour curve of the workpiece, the surface contour curve is compared with a standard contour curve to obtain a deformation condition of the workpiece, and shaping information is obtained according to the degree of deformation to shape the workpiece, so that the workpiece shaping efficiency is improved and the labor cost investment is reduced. The present application also provides an electronic device.
