Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a metal sheet that makes it possible to produce a vapor deposition mask in which the variation in the through-hole position is minimized. A ratio corresponding to a millionth of the difference in distance between two measurement points on a sample before and after heat processing is defined as the heat recovery rate. In the present invention, the average value of the heat recovery rate for each of the samples is -10 to +10 ppm and the variation in the heat recovery rate in each of the samples is 20 ppm or less.
