Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a metal structure having excellent detachability and durability and a method for producing the metal structure. [Solution] One method for producing a metal structure of the invention comprises a step for preparing a fluorinated compound whereby a state is formed in which a fluorinated compound is present on at least a portion of the surface of a base metal (1) containing iron, and an exposure step whereby the fluorinated compound and surface thereof are exposed to energy beams. As a result, a state is formed in which at least one metal element contained in the base metal (1) bonds with fluorine and carbon compounds on at least a portion of the base metal (1) within the region from the topmost surface of the base metal (1) to a depth of several nm as measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
