Abstract:
The present invention provides a methacrylic resin composition comprising: a methacrylic resin (A) which forms a matrix; and a rubber-like elastic body (B) which is dispersed, wherein when the total amount of the methacrylic resin (A) and the rubber-like elastic body (B) is 100 mass%, the methacrylic resin composition has the following characteristics: (1) the rubber-like elastic body (B) contains multilayer structure polymer particles (b1), multilayer structure polymer particles (b2), and a block copolymer (c); (2) the multilayer structure polymer particles (b1) each have at least one rubber component layer (core part) (b1-1), and a hard resin component layer (b1-2) at an outermost part (shell part), wherein the number-average particle diameter of the rubber component layer closest to the shell part is in the range of 0.05-0.16 μm (exclusive of 0.16), and the content of the multilayer structure polymer particles (b1) in the resin composition is 7.5-42.5 mass% (exclusive of 7.5); (3) the multilayer structure polymer particles (b2) each have at least one rubber component layer (core part) (b2-1), and a hard resin component layer (b2-2) at an outermost part (shell part), wherein the number-average particle diameter of the rubber component layer closest to the shell part is in the range of 0.16-0.3 μm, and the content of the multilayer structure polymer particles (b2) in the resin composition is 0.1-7.5 mass%; (4) the acetone-insoluble content of the methacrylic resin composition is 20-45% (exclusive of 20); (5) the block copolymer (c) contains a methacrylic polymer block (c1) and an acrylic polymer block (c2); and (6) the content of the block copolymer (c) in the methacrylic resin composition is in the range of 0.1-5.0 mass%.
