Abstract:

This invention disclose a method on prepayment Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), Service Control Point (SCP) which manages the prepaid user provide the prepayment service and prepayment multimedia messaging service. The method comprises the following steps: the calling party submits multimedia messages to multimedia messaging service center; the said multimedia messaging service center judge the address style of the calling party and the called party who receive the multimedia message, in order to determine the user type; in accordance to the user type, multimedia messaging service center send a charging request to Service Control Point, so as to process the charging and download the multimedia message.
