Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a method for acquiring allowed NSSAI, and a terminal and a network-side device. The method for acquiring allowed network slice selection assistance information in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal sending a first registration request to a first network element, wherein the first registration request carries NSSAI, which is requested by the terminal; and after successfully registering to a network, the terminal receiving first information, which is sent by the first network element, wherein the first information comprises allowed NSSAI and first identification information, and the allowed NSSAI does not comprise NSSAI registered as required, and the first identification information is used for indicating allowed NSSAI registered as required.
