Abstract:
A method of acquiring system information, a method of sending system information, and related devices. A terminal receives configuration indication information sent by a network device, said configuration indication information comprising RACH preamble configuration information corresponding to first system information; on the basis of the RACH preamble configuration information corresponding to the first system information, the terminal sends to a network device a first request message to acquire the first system information. In the invention, the first request message reuses RACH preamble configuration information, which allows for considerable savings on system resources occupied by the first request message.
