Abstract:
A method for acquiring the unbalance amount of a rotor (R, R1, R3-R5). The method comprises: manufacturing one rotor (R, R1, R3-R5), and forming a rotation axis (A-A) of the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5) by a rotation axial neck (J12, J22) of the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5); forming a combination piece (R2) by additionally arranging a connecting piece on the rotation axial neck (J12, J22) of the rotor; forming a rotation axis of the combination piece (R2) by the connecting piece; enabling the connecting piece and the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5) to relatively rotate at a certain angle; keeping relative positions of the rotation axis (A-A) of the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5), relative to the rotation axis of the combination piece (R2), unchanged before and after the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5) and the connecting piece relatively rotate at the certain angle; selecting a measuring plane (PL1, PL2) from the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5), and measuring the unbalance amount (U11, U21, Ua, Ub) of the combination piece (R2) on the measuring plane (PL1, PL2) by using a balancing machine; rotating the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5) at a certain angle relative to the connecting piece, and measuring the unbalance amount (U12, U22)of the combination piece (R2) on the plane (PL1, PL2) again; and obtaining the unbalance amount of the rotor (R, R1, R3-R5) through vector calculation on two measuring results. The measurement method has better measuring accuracy and better traceability.
