Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell activating method, activated cells thereby, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides: a method for functional enhancement, recovery, and proliferation of CD8 T cells of an exhausted state in an in-vitro condition, the method comprising a step of inducing overexpression of Klf4 protein in CD8 T cells isolated from individuals, a cell population including the CD8 T cells, or CAR-CD8 T cells genetically transformed from the CD8 T cells; CD8 T cells having anticancer activity, in which Klf4 protein is overexpressed by the method; and a use thereof.
