Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for enhancing a polyisoprenoid biosynthesis pathway. In addition, the present invention provides an isoprenoid-producing plant in which the polyisoprenoid biosynthesis pathway is enhanced and a method for manufacturing a polyisoprenoid in which the isoprenoid-producing plant is used. The present invention relates to a method for adjusting the expression of hydroxymethylglutaryl CoA reductase using a bZIP-type transcription factor.
