Abstract:
A method for adjusting a roller speed according to a heart rate, comprising: recording a heart rate interval corresponding to a certain roller speed (S101); detecting the roller speed currently used by a user and the current heart rate of the user (S102); and when the current heart rate of the user exceeds the heart rate interval corresponding to the current roller speed, reducing the roller speed (S103). Further provided is a treadmill for implementing the method.
