Abstract:

Provided are a method for allocating multiple component carriers, a base station and a user equipment, which are used for providing signalling support and data services for a UE under the coverage of multiple telecommunication operators in a hotspot area or a crowded place, thereby not only reducing the cost of various telecommunication operators deploying a base station and Backhaul, but also greatly improving the QoS of the UE which is served by various telecommunication operators. The specific implementation method is: a high frequency base station receiving measurement information sent by a low and medium frequency base station of multiple telecommunication operators or a measurement report sent by a first user equipment of the multiple telecommunication operators, wherein the high frequency base station works in a high frequency band, the low and medium frequency base station works in a low and medium frequency band, and the first user equipment belongs to the high frequency base station; the high frequency base station allocating multiple component carriers comprised in a high frequency resource to the low and medium frequency base station or the first user equipment according to the measurement information or the measurement report, so as to obtain an allocation result; and the high frequency base station notifying the low and medium frequency base station or the first user equipment of the allocation result.
