Abstract:
Provided is a method for analyzing the components of an immobilized cell. The method comprises: packaging at most one immobilized cell and a particle containing a polynucleotide in a compartment together, wherein the polynucleotide contained in the particle contains at least one recognition sequence and at least one capture sequence, with the capture sequence being capable of directly or indirectly capturing components of the cell or a portion thereof; incubating the compartment under the conditions of decrosslinking the components of the cell or the portion thereof in the compartment and capturing the decrosslinked components of the cell or the portion thereof by means of the capture sequence; releasing the particle from the compartment; and analyzing the components of the immobilized cell or the ingredients thereof by means of analyzing a polynucleotide sequence on the released particle. Further provided are a kit for analyzing the components of an immobilized cell and a system for analyzing the components of an immobilized cell.
