Title:
METHOD FOR ANALYZING NUCLEIC ACID DERIVED FROM SINGLE CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/166768
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for analyzing the configuration of a nucleic acid derived from a single cell with the use of a microplate provided with a plurality of reaction wells, wherein: one bead is placed in a reaction well of the microplate; a plurality of single-stranded oligonucleotide molecules are bound onto the bead; in the single-stranded oligonucleotide, a nucleic acid capture sequence is exposed in the 3'-terminal side and a barcode sequence is contained in the 5'-terminal side of the nucleic acid capture sequence; and the barcode sequence is a base sequence that differs from bead to bead.
