Abstract:
A method for analyzing sample data on the basis of a genome module network comprises: a step in which a computer device performs filtering, on the basis of a specific module of a plurality of genome modules, for first gene expression data on normal or tumor tissue which is the same as specific tissue and second gene expression data for target tissue to be analyzed which is the same as the specific tissue; and a step in which the computer device divides a plurality of new genome modules on the basis of entropy determined by using the filtered first gene expression data, and, with respect to a gene belonging to at least one of the plurality of new genome modules, determines the degree of a first variation of the target tissue relative to the normal or tumor tissue in the at least one module of the plurality of new genome modules by using the filtered first gene expression data and the filtered second gene expression data.
