Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for acquiring a server maintenance script, and an electronic device and a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The method for acquiring a server maintenance script in the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving a server maintenance request, wherein the server maintenance request comprises a server identifier and problem information; acquiring, according to the server identifier, a process log in a corresponding server; determining the degree to which the process log and the problem information match; determining a problem process in the server according to the degree to which the process log and the problem information match; acquiring the type of the problem process, and sending, to the problem process, test data corresponding to the type thereof to obtain feedback data output by the problem process; and inputting the type of the problem process and the feedback data into a diagnosis model to obtain a maintenance script output by the diagnosis model. In the solution, a maintenance script is automatically generated after a server maintenance application is accepted, thereby improving server maintenance efficiency.
