Abstract:
A method and apparatus for air bridge arrangement in a circuit layout, a device, a medium, and a product, particularly relating to the technical field of chips. The method comprises: on the basis of position information of coplanar waveguide (CPW) lines in a circuit layout, acquiring position information of skeleton lines of the CPW lines, wherein the skeleton lines are center lines of the CPW lines (320); on the basis of the position information of the skeleton lines of the CPW lines, acquiring an interleaved line segment pair from the skeleton lines of the CPW lines, wherein the interleaved line segment pair comprises two skeleton lines interwoven with each other (330); and arranging air bridges on the circuit layout, wherein the air bridges are arranged along the skeleton lines, and the air bridges on the two skeleton lines in the interleaved line segment pair are arranged in a staggered manner (340). The solution reduces the influence between the air bridges on different CPW lines, thereby improving the success rate of subsequent circuit preparation.
