Abstract:
A method and apparatus for beam management and a UE are provided. The method includes that: in the case that a UE is not configured with candidate new beam RSs for a first SCell, the UE determines CSI-RS resources and/or SSBs in a target cell as the candidate new beam RSs for the first SCell. The candidate new beam RSs are used for a beam failure recovery for the first SCell. The first SCell is in a same frequency band as the target cell.
