Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for building a three-dimensional model of a cold rolling unit, and a storage medium. The method comprises: building a three-dimensional coordinate system of a unit according to factory coordinates, and the layout and positioning of the unit; building a three-dimensional single-line diagram of the unit according to a strip steel trend of a process flow, and performing parameterized positioning on each device in the three-dimensional single-line diagram; building a first mapping between a three-dimensional model of a single body of a process device and the three-dimensional single-line diagram to obtain a three-dimensional layout diagram of the process device; building a second mapping between a three-dimensional model of an auxiliary system and the three-dimensional single-line diagram to obtain a three-dimensional layout diagram of the auxiliary system; establishing a connection between the three-dimensional layout diagram of the process device and the three-dimensional layout diagram of the auxiliary system; and combining the three-dimensional layout diagram of the process device, the three-dimensional layout diagram of the auxiliary system, the connection and a three-dimensional layout diagram of factory facilities to obtain a three-dimensional model diagram of a cold rolling unit. According to the present invention, when the design modification or quantity of the device is changed, other devices on the process flow are not affected, which is particularly suitable for large-scale complex three-dimensional design work.
