Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method by which a terminal controls a change in a secondary base station, and may comprise the steps of: receiving, by the terminal, a first LTE downlink control message including a first NR downlink control message; determining whether the first NR downlink control message includes first NR control information; when the first NR downlink control message includes the first NR control information, performing conditional reconfiguration evaluation by referring to a 6-bit measurement identifier and information specifying a cell group; when conditional reconfiguration is executed, transmitting an uplink control message; and when the conditional reconfiguration is completed, transmitting another uplink control message.
