Abstract:
A method for charging data according to an embodiment may include: a step for monitoring a data exhaustion rate of a user terminal for which data to be used has been paid in advance; a step for comparing the data exhaustion rate of the user terminal with a reference value set for the data exhaustion rate; a step for detecting a connection from the user terminal to a URL when the data exhaustion rate of the user terminal is no greater than the reference value; a step for determining whether the URL connected to by the user terminal is included in a URL range; a step for providing to the user terminal an advertisement for charging data when the URL connected to by the user terminal is included in the URL range; and a step for providing data to user terminal as compensation for watching the advertisement so as to charge the data.
