Abstract:
The application relates to the technical field of air conditioner controls, and discloses a method for controlling an air conditioner, applied to the air conditioner side. The method comprises: obtaining a sleeping posture of a user; obtaining a user state according to the sleeping posture of the user; the user state being used for representing whether the user is in a comfortable state when sleeping; obtaining control logic of an air conditioner according to the user state; the control logic being used for representing how to adjust operation parameters of the air conditioner; and triggering the air conditioner to operate according to the control logic. In this way, the user state when the user is sleeping is determined by means of the sleeping posture of the user, such that the air conditioner is controlled according to the user state. The air conditioner can be controlled when the user is asleep, thereby reducing the chance of the user waking up from being too hot or too cold, and the user experience of the air conditioner is improved. The application further discloses an apparatus for controlling the air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium.
