Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling the traffic of a terminal in a mobile communication system and, more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for controlling the traffic of a terminal in consideration of the quality of experience of the terminal within a wireless network. A method for controlling the traffic of a terminal in a mobile communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining whether a service congestion occurs within a wireless network on the basis of the information about the quality of a user's experience on a service of at least one terminal and status information within the wireless network; and controlling the traffic of the at least one terminal on the basis of the service being used by terminals within the wireless network if it is determined that service congestion occurs within the wireless network.
