Abstract:
A method of and an apparatus for correcting a ratio of muscular power obtained from a muscular power electromyogram to the value of the integral of the amplitude of the electromyogram with a body weight muscular power coefficient and digitally indicating the ratio which includes the steps of picking up the variations of the muscular power such as back muscular power, shoulder muscular power, grasping power, etc. as electric signals, integrating the muscular output, processing a voltage produced from a muscle to be tested through an electromyogram amplifier and a wave form processer to thereby obtain the integral value of the amplitude of the electromyogram, correcting the ratio of these integral values with a body weight muscular power coefficient to thereby digitally indicate it, thereby determining the degree of muscular fatigue and pain and subsequently comparing these factors of the persons to be tested having different body power in the same reference.
