Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for curing cement milk on a circumferential surface of a pile at a high speed, the cement milk being filled between the pile and an excavation hole into which the pile is penetrated. The method for curing cement milk on a circumferential surface of a pile at a high speed comprises: (a) a step for installing a shielding sheet to prevent fluid from contacting the inner surface of a hollow portion formed in the interior of the pile; (b) a step for feeding heating fluid into the hollow portion, in which the shielding sheet is installed, by using a fluid feeder, and installing a heater so as to be brought into contact with the heating fluid; and (c) a step for heating the heating fluid by using the heater such that the cement milk is cured to a desired strength within a predetermine time, wherein the heating fluid is heated so as to be maintained within a preset temperature range in step (c).
