Abstract:
A method and apparatus for detecting a polygonal fault of a wheel set of a rail transit locomotive. The method comprises: initializing an input variable of a noise monitoring model, the input variable comprising one or more of a wheel diameter of the wheel set, a vehicle driving speed, and monitored noise (S10); collecting noise data and preprocessing same, extracting spectrum characteristics of the preprocessed noise data by means of short-time Fourier transform, and analyzing the spectrum characteristics to obtain sound pressure level density thresholds of noise of different frequencies (S20); reading wheel set noise data to be monitored, a wheel diameter, and a vehicle driving speed, and obtaining frequency domain data according to the wheel set noise data, the wheel diameter, and the vehicle driving speed (S30); calculating, according to the frequency domain data and the sound pressure level density thresholds of the noise of different frequencies, a polygon order of a wheel corresponding to a frequency band, and determining, according to the order, whether the wheel is abnormal (S40); and generating a fault detection result according to abnormal information, and reporting the fault detection result (S50). The method is low in calculation complexity, high in operation speed, rapid and effective in monitoring, and high in accuracy. Further disclosed are a computer device, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program.
