Abstract:
A method and apparatus for detecting a short circuit in a battery, and an electronic device. The method for detecting a short circuit in a battery comprises: monitoring a charging cut-off feature of a battery (S20); comparing the charging cut-off feature with a preset target charging cut-off feature (S21); and when the charging cut-off feature does not match the preset target charging cut-off feature, determining that a short circuit occurs in the battery (S22). By means of the method, the accuracy of battery short circuit detection is improved.
