Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a method for determining a body part boundary surface of a three-dimensional avatar may comprise the steps of: generating curvature information including a curvature of each of a plurality of points present on the surface of a three-dimensional avatar; determining, from among the plurality of points on the basis of the curvature information, first points having a curvature satisfying a first predetermined criterion; on the basis of whether or not a thickness corresponding to each of the first points, which has been determined on the basis of thickness information inside the three-dimensional avatar, satisfies a second predetermined criterion, determining second points from among the first points; and determining a plurality of body part boundary surfaces on the basis of the second points.
