Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining a parking space, a camera module, and a mobile device. The method comprises: obtaining an aerial view of a parking area and extracting image features of the aerial view of the parking area (101); inputting the image features into a preset prediction model, and obtaining an image segmentation result and offset information (102); extracting parking space instances from the image segmentation result, and establishing N candidate sets corresponding to each parking space instance (103); and determining a target candidate set from among the N candidate sets of each parking space instance, and determining, according to the target candidate set, a target parking space corresponding to the parking space instance (104). The present application is based on global features of a parking space undergoing processing, which is different from performing tedious extraction and processing on local features near the corners of the parking space in related technologies, thus reducing the amount of calculation. In practical environments, corresponding offset information could still be obtained even if the corners of the parking space are obscured, thus improving the success rate of parking space recognition.
