Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of wireless communications, and provide a method and an apparatus for determining resource mapping of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). The invention can solve the problem of large signalling overhead when a CSI-RS is transmitted in communication scenarios where the number of ports corresponding to the CSI-RS and/or the CDM types corresponding to the CSI-RS are limited, and can be applied to the Internet of Vehicles, such as V2X, LTE-V and V2V, or can be applied to fields such as D2D, intelligent driving and intelligent connected vehicles. Said method comprises: a first terminal device receiving configuration information from a second terminal device or a network device, the configuration information including the number of ports corresponding to a CSI-RS and a frequency domain density corresponding to the CSI-RS; the first terminal device determining a first parameter set according to the number of ports and the frequency domain density; and the first terminal device determining, according to the first parameter set, a resource for mapping the CSI-RS in a data channel of the second terminal device and a mapping value on an RE in the resource for mapping the CSI-RS in the data channel.
