Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method and apparatus for determining the temperature of a cooling liquid, and a blockchain server and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining a first average temperature of a plurality of chips in a blockchain server and a first average power of the plurality of chips, wherein the blockchain server comprises a liquid cooling system, the liquid cooling system comprises a liquid cooling plate and the plurality of chips, the plurality of chips have a heat exchange relationship with the liquid cooling plate, and the liquid cooling plate contains a cooling liquid; determining a thermal resistance coefficient of the liquid cooling system; and determining a first temperature of the cooling liquid on the basis of the first average temperature, the first average power and the thermal resistance coefficient. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the temperature of a cooling liquid in a liquid cooling plate can be conveniently determined without the need to provide a temperature sensor in the liquid cooling plate.
