Abstract:
A method, apparatus for automatically adjusting timing backup operation initiation time, the method comprising: initiating evaluation according to a preset backup policy initiation time point, and obtaining a production application program state and/or obtaining the overall load of a production application program and obtaining a production environment (S10); superposing data to be backed up before a production application program and superposing the data to be backed up after the production application program (S20); when the production application program state and/or the overall load and the production environment of the production application program are/is not within a preset range, re-initiating the evaluation (S30); and when the production application program state and/or the overall load and the production environment of the production application program are/is within the preset range, starting to back up the production application program (S40). The present invention may automatically avoid the time when an application program is not suitable for backup, such as a maintenance time period and a fault time period, automatically avoid the time when the load of the production environment is large, simulate the load generated by backup, integrally improve the success rate of backup and reduce invalid backup.
