Abstract:
Words such as "pleasure" and "sadness," which are used to describe emotions on a daily basis, are polysemous and are used without distinction for multiple emotions and reactions that have completely different principles of occurrence. This makes it easy to confuse the analysis and experimentation of emotions and reactions. Solution is method and apparatus for emotion classification by using the following four classifications based on the respective principles of occurrence. (1) Ethical/aesthetic emotions about ""what (how) things should be"" based on the demand for absoluteness/universality (2) Linguistic operational reactions such as laughter and crying based on linguistic sense with personality (3) Reactions due to desires for control and acquisition of material object and its quantity difference in linguistic cognition or in reality (4) Perceptions of biological status/reactions as purely physical status/reactions on the body."
