Abstract:
The present application provides a method and apparatus for encoding or decoding a code unit (CU), and an electronic device. The apparatus for encoding or decoding a CU comprises: a determining unit, which is used for determining, when a CU comprises two or more transform units (TUs), the sequence of encoding or decoding the TUs in the CU according to an intra prediction mode used for coding or decoding the CU. The present application can improve the intra prediction accuracy, thereby improving the encoding and decoding accuracy.
